LISA project: Development of the software platform of a biomedical research project aiming to understand the function of alternative splicing isoforms from cancer-related genes. This platform was composed of four main elements: the automated experiments design, the management of experiment and accountability data, the analysis of results and the publication of results.

TSUI project: Development of a data management program for a distributed system of publicity broadcasting within public areas.

EDMB project: Development of a web application used to teach a biology course. The application manages the advancements and the answers of the students, the content presented to them, the access rights, etc.

Personal projects
